Born and raised in Hawaii, Teri Lynn has over 35 years in the real estate industry, business development, customer service, sales and community involvement. 

Her career started in Title Underwriting and then Customer Service Director of First American Title, in which she initiated a "Customer First" Program in Hawaii. Then moved on to Managing Officer of Real Estate/Title Solutions, LLC. 

While in title and escrow, Teri  served on the Hawaii Land Title Association, The Executive Board of the Mortgage Lender's of Hawaii, and the Education Committee of the Mortgage Bankers of Hawaii.

I can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
• Consult on Home Selling Tactics- Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make recommendations for you to prepare your home for sale, to make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollars. Things like making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast, and staging appeal.
  
  In her spare time when not traveling with her family, you will find Teri in her community with the Boy Scouts, Families and Friends of Castle, Soroptimist International of Honolulu and Coldwell Banker's Agents For Change.
